I weigh myself the other day and I was happy to see the fruit of my labor. I lose a bit but I still have more pounds to shed. My eating habit has been changed but I am having problems in the exercises area. I love to jog, run and walk but it‘s too hot during this time already. I should get up very early in the morning and walk before the kid’s school starts. I should do that instead and maybe look for some
weight loss pills for supplement. I can’t wait to lose 10 more pounds before summer. Wish me luck.
